PRACTICE AREAS: Specializes in civil and business law, focusing in contract, corporate and commercial law. Silvia advises domestic and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, loans, capital investments, real estate and hospitality projects, joint ventures, as well as on nuclear energy and oil and gas related contracts. She has also served as expert witness in international arbitration proceedings.
