ALLIURIS GROUP

Foto AllurisBazán Cambré & Orts has recently joined the renowned international alliance of corporate lawyers “Alliuris Group”. Alliuiris is a dynamic group of medium sized law firms, headquartered in Brussels, with current representation in Europe, Asia, North America and South America, which has approximately 25 member firms from different countries and brings together 450 lawyers. Alliuris is characterized by the close, non-exclusive professional cooperation among its members with a view to the increasingly common international business and networking.

Alliuris combines the benefits that clients seek in large international firms with the advantages of working with medium sized local firms (up to 50 lawyers), giving each client the possibility of obtaining legal advice in a wide range of countries without the need to face the difficult task of finding and hiring lawyers directly in each of those countries.

Founded in 2003, Alliuris member firms, who have chosen to work together not simply as colleagues, have been cooperating with each other for several years, which has generated a permanent, efficient and friendly relationship among its members, resulting in time savings and lower costs for clients.

Our clients can count on the portfolio of Alliuris’ professional members without having to work directly with them, which remains at the sole and best discretion of our clients.

Alliuris members are independent law firms, recognized in their respective country. Alliuris has only one exclusive representative in each country (except in large countries). Within this framework, it has been a privilege for us to become the exclusive representative and member of Alliuris in Argentina.

We offer our clients all the advantages and benefits of this alliance.

Our firm assisted to the General Assembly of Alliuris held in Madrid, Spain

Our Firm assisted to the last General Assembly of Alliuris A.S. B.L. held early June 2024 in Madrid, Spain.

Despite the rewarding experience of meeting again with our partners, who are colleagues and friends from more than a dozen different jurisdictions, it was a great opportunity to discuss and learn more about the foreign investments regulations in Madrid, Spain; the new challenges facing the breakthrough of the AI in the law, specially in light of the upcoming EU AI Law; and the Supply Chain Compliance Law entering into effect in the EU. Two new member firms were welcomed, Bulgaria and Austria.
