As a business lawyer with more than thirty six (36) years of experience, Jaime has acquired deep knowledge in a variety of fields and industries. He advises local and foreign businesses as well as individuals in their day-to-day operations, from different areas such as oil & gas services, E&P, chemical industries, fast food chains, courier and logistics services, agricultural producers and cattle breeders, etc. He had also participated in the Board of Directors and/or the Controlling Committees of a number of subsidiaries of foreign and local companies, as well as in non for profit organizations and private schools. He has recently been involved in the real estate planning of family-owned agricultural companies, not only in the corporate work but also in the family aspects and inheritance processes.
