PRACTICE AREAS: Specialized in complex civil and commercial litigation. Jacinto is responsible for carrying out trials of different types in various Courts and Jurisdictions within the Argentine Republic. He has vast experience in litigation aspects of commercial, civil, bankruptcy and corporate law. He advises and has represented before Courts banks, insurance companies, local and international companies as well as individuals in inheritance and property conflicts. He is frequently appointed as a judicial overseer, administrator and controller by several Commercial and Civil Courts.

Author of “ The execution of real guarantees (mortgage and pledge) and the competent judge in the case of the bankrupt debtor” (EL DERECHO Tº 180, p. 1255), “Forward contracts in foreign currency and a ruling that ratifies the application of Decree 992/02” (eldial.com, 11-12-06) and “Law No. 26,854 and the abolition of basic principles of law” (eldial.com, 4-8-13).
EXPERIENCE: He worked for the National Judiciary in the Economic Criminal jurisdiction (1984-1990); he was part of the Héctor Alegría Law Firm (1990-1991); he was a member of the Vítolo Lawyers Law Firm (1991-2001); he was a Counselor at the Law Firm Pérez Alati, Grondona , Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) (PAGBAM) (2001-2013) and was a partner of the Rivas Orozco & Sicardi Law Firm (2013-2021).
