PRACTICE AREAS: Specializes in business, mergers and acquisitions and energy law, advising domestic and international companies from the oil and gas and energy industry in contractual, corporate and regulatory law. Mario has been recognized through the years as one of the leading lawyers in the oil and gas practice in Argentina by most prestigious international publications such as Chambers & Partners (Band 1 and Senior Statespeople), Expert Guides and Who´s Who Legal, among others. He has also served as expert witness in international arbitration processes. Mario is member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, the State Bar of Texas, the Oil Committee of the Argentine Association of Energy Law and Mineral Resources and of the Legal Matters Committee of the Argentine Oil Institute.
