Decree 414/23 - Income Tax Minimum Taxable Amount

By means of Decree Nº 414/2023, the Executive Branch increase the minimum taxable amount for income tax
over employees’ monthly gross salary to the amount of AR$ 700.875.

General Resolution 971/23 – New Limits for the Purchase and Sale of Securities

By means of General Resolution N° 971/2023, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) set forth a weekly
limit of USD 100,000 (nominal value) for the purchase/sale of fixed-income marketable securities denominated
and payable in dollars with settlement in foreign currency.

General Resolution 5406/23 - Export Increase Program

By means of General Resolution N° 5406/2023, Tax Enforcement Authority (“AFIP”) set forth a special period of
90 days for the application request, within the Export Increase Program, of export of products included in Decree
378/23.

Decree 438/23 – Non-remunerative Additional Payment for Employees

By means of Decree N° 438/2023, the Executive Branch sets forth a non-remunerative amount of AR$ 60,000 to
be paid by employers to employees within both private and public sector, in two installments of AR$ 30,000 each,
along with the payment of salaries corresponding to the months of August and September 2023. Such payment
shall only apply for employees with net salary below AR$ 400,000. Employees with working days or hours below
full conventional standard, shall receive a proportional sum.

Resolution 714/23 – Exemption of PAIS Tax

By means of Resolution N° 714/23, the Secretariat of Energy exempts from payment of PAIS tax to the acquisition
of foreign currency for the import of goods destined for certain constructions related to the generation of electric
power.

Resolution 709/23 – Price of Bioethanol (Sugar Cane and Corn)

By means of Resolution Nº 709/2023, the Secretariat of Energy set forth the price of bioethanol obtained from
sugar cane and corn destined for mandatory mixture with petrol (Law 27,640) applicable to operations performed
as of August 28th, 2023.

Resolution 694/23 – Price of Biodiesel

By means of Resolution Nº 694/2023, the Secretariat of Energy set forth a new price for operations of biodiesel
destined for mandatory mixture with diesel (under Law No 27,640) as of August 1st 2023.
