Resolution 10/23 – New Values for Minimum Wage and Unemployment Benefits

By means of Resolution Nº 10/2023, the Ministry of Work, Labor and Social Security sets forth the new values of minimum wage and unemployment benefits, applicable as from July 1st, 2023 (AR$ 105.500), August 1st, 2023 (AR$ 112.500) and September 1st, 2023 (AR$ 118.000).

Decree 377/23 – Extension of “PAIS” Tax

By means of Decree N° 377/2023, the Executive Branch extends the application of “PAIS” tax (30%) to the
purchase of foreign currency for the importation of certain goods and services provided therein.

Decree 378/23 – Export Increase Program

By means of Decree N° 378/2023, the Executive Branch set forth a special, exceptional and temporary exchange
price of AR$ 340 per dollar applicable to the liquidation of foreign currency to be obtained until August 31, 2023
from the exportation of certain products related to soy within the Export Increase Program (Decrees N° 576/2022
and N° 194/2023).

Resolution 90/23 – Mining Canon

By means of Resolution N° 90/2023, the Secretary of Mining set forth that mining canon price shall be annually
updated (each December) based on the consumer price index ("IPC").

LATEST NEWS IN THE HYDROCARBON SECTOR

Resolution 588/23 – Price of Bioethanol (Sugar Cane and Corn)

By means of Resolution Nº 588/2023, the Secretariat of Energy set forth the price of bioethanol obtained from
sugar cane and corn destined for mandatory mixture with petrol (Law 27,640) applicable to operations performed
as of July 8th, 2023.

Resolution 602/23 – Price of Biodiesel

By means of Resolution Nº 602/2023, the Secretariat of Energy modifies the monthly prices of biodiesel destined
for mandatory mixture with diesel (under Law No 27,640) established in Resolution Nº 324/23 for July and August
2023.
